Commitment

HSSE

Health, Safety, Security and Environment

We are committed to conducting our activities in a manner that protects employees, contractors, clients, communities, assets and the environment. HSSE responsibilities apply to everyone involved in our work and form part of planning, mobilisation, execution and review.

Our HSSE Principles

  • Work should be properly planned, risk assessed and authorised.
  • People must be competent, informed and fit for their assigned responsibilities.
  • Hazards, unsafe conditions and changes must be reported and addressed.
  • Everyone has the responsibility to stop or question work they believe is unsafe.
  • Incidents and near misses must be reported, investigated and used for learning.
  • Emergency arrangements must be understood, maintained and tested.
  • Environmental impacts must be identified and controlled.
  • Contractors and partners must understand the standards applicable to their work.

Environmental Responsibility

We seek to prevent pollution, minimise waste and use resources responsibly. Environmental considerations should be included in work planning, equipment handling, waste management, spill prevention, emergency response and the restoration of affected work areas.

Quality

We aim to deliver work that meets agreed requirements through competent personnel, controlled processes, equipment readiness, documented checks and clear acceptance criteria. Feedback, audits and lessons learned help us identify opportunities to improve.
